The Misalignment Museum hosted its first donor event on Aug 10th, featuring an exclusive DJ set by Grimes, AI Generated cocktails, AI art, and a Shoggoth dancer. This event kicked off the Misalignment Museum’s new San Francisco location at the Chase Center, home of Thrive City and the Golden State Warriors. Present at the Misalignment Museum were celebrities and some of the world’s most prominent founders and creators of technology, further establishing the Bay Area as the epicenter of technology and AI’s cultural significance. The event unveiled new art showcasing advanced AI tech, and included pieces by Grimes, Ars Electronica, as well as the viral Spambots and the Paperclip Embrace sculpture.
